TERROSEAL SBR PWP is a high-performance, flexible, elastomeric cementitious waterproofing system designed for multi-area waterproofing applications. It is specially formulated to provide long-lasting waterproof protection, superior bonding, enhanced flexibility, and durability for both new constructions as well as repair and renovation works.
TERROSEAL SBR PWP is suitable for waterproof coatings and as an additive in waterproof mortars. It delivers reliable watertightness, excellent adhesion, and strong resistance against water pressure and weathering conditions.
Two-component waterproofing system
Does not require separate primer coat or protective coat
Solvent-free formulation for easy application
Can be applied on dry as well as slightly damp surfaces (not waterlogged)
Forms a very tough and durable coating
Excellent abrasion resistance; suitable as exposed coating
UV resistant coating
Can sustain high water head pressure
Ideal for treatment of large continuous waterproofing areas
When used with reinforcements, absorbs substrate movement and cracks
Protective screeds can be eliminated when used with reinforcement mesh
Reduces thermal absorption on terraces resulting in cooler ceilings
Saves time, material, and application cost
Prevents paint peeling caused by damp walls
Terraces & Roof Waterproofing
Swimming Pools
Water Tanks (including potable water tanks)
Elevated Storage Reservoirs (ESR)
Underground Storage Reservoirs (UGR)
Bathrooms & Wet Areas
Balconies & Sunken Slabs
Retaining Walls
External Walls & Dampness Treatment

TERROSEAL SBR PWP is specially designed for waterproof cementitious mortars prepared using:
Natural sand
M-sand
Crushed sand
Washed sand
It provides excellent bonding, waterproofing performance, homogeneity, and workability.
For cementitious mortars based on M-sand or crushed sand, use 100–200 ml of Terroseal Super IWP along with 800–1000 ml of TERROSEAL SBR PWP for improved workability and waterproofing performance.
Clean the surface thoroughly using wire brush and suitable degreasers.
Remove dust, oil, grease, loose particles, algae, and contaminants.
Use TERROSEAL XRG for best degreasing and surface preparation results.
Make the surface smooth and sound before application.
Seal cracks larger than 1.0 mm using TERROSEAL ALL SEAL.
Minor cracks may be directly grouted using TERROSEAL SBR PWP slurry.
Add:
10–12 kg TERROSEAL SBR PWP to
10–15 kg OPC Cement
15 kg OPC Cement : 10 kg TERROSEAL SBR PWP
Use ordinary measuring cups:
6 cups TERROSEAL SBR PWP : 7 cups Cement
(Use the same container for measuring both materials.)
Do not add additional water to the mix.
Stir vigorously until a lump-free consistent slurry is obtained.
Damp the surface properly but avoid waterlogging.
Allow sprinkled water to seep into the concrete surface.
Apply prepared TERROSEAL SBR PWP slurry using brush on RCC surface.
Minimum 2 coats are recommended with an interval of 12 hours between coats.
Cross coating application gives best results.
Cure for 7 days by sprinkling water on the coating.
If protective screed or plaster is to be applied:
Sprinkle silica sand on the top wet coat for mechanical keying.
TERROSEAL SBR PWP has excellent receptivity for further plaster or mortar applications and provides strong bonding with subsequent layers.
For terrace and water tank waterproofing systems requiring life expectancy of 10–25 years, use:
TERROSEAL FG Reinforcement Mesh
along with
3 coats of TERROSEAL SBR PWP + Cement slurry
TERROSEAL SBR PWP enhances:
Compressive strength
Flexural strength
Flexibility of cementitious mortars
It is highly suitable for:
Plaster
Ghotai
Brick Bat Coba
IPCC
Crushed sand waterproof mortars
Use:
200–1000 ml TERROSEAL SBR PWP per bag of cement
Apply and cure as per standard practice.
If plaster work is completed, apply TERROSEAL SBR PWP before putty application to prevent:
Paint peeling
Damp patches
Moisture-related failures on walls
Apply putty within 20–45 minutes after coating TERROSEAL SBR PWP.
TERROSEAL SBR PWP is:
Non-corrosive
Non-toxic
Chloride free
Alkaline in nature
making it highly suitable for all waterproofing applications.
